Most of our products are relishes or cooked on a grill served with your favorite salads, dips or side dishes, so will just share some recipes that we found easy to make.

 Gyuveche 

This is original Bulgarian recipe cooked in Glazed Clay Pot.

Ingredients: 

-         Lukanka Trimona – 6 slices
-         Bulgarian feta cheese – 150g
-         Half tomato or 3-4 table spoons tomato sauce
-         2 eggs
-         1 table spoon butter
-         Pinch or two of dried savory (the Bulgarian kind “chubritza” is preferred)

Order of putting ingredients in a pot: 1cm thick slice of cheese, 2 slices of tomato or spoon of tomato sauce, 1 egg, 3 slices Lukanka Trimona. Repeat once. Put the butter on top and sprinkle with savory. Close with the lid and cook in oven for 25 minutes at 450°F or in microwave for 5-6 minutes on high. Serve with salad (lettuce, scallion, radishes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt) Enjoy!
 

Pork /Chicken or Veal/ Pot Roast

No oil, salt or spices needed
-Sour Cream - 16oz plastic container
-Velveeta Cheese - 12oz (approx. 16 thin slices)
-Meat - 2 lb

 With rubber spatula (or regular spoon) spread sour cream (about 1/4” thick layer), lay 3 slices Velveeta Cheese on top. Cut meat in slices 3/8”(1cm). Lay out the meat pieces on top of the cheese. Continue adding the remains of the ingredients in same order until you reach 1” below the top of the pot. Cover with a lid and cook in oven at 400°F for 45 minutes. Enjoy!

Chicken in Soy Sauce

No salt or spices needed

Soak 4 halves of chicken breast in 1 cup of soy sauce in 2 qt. cooking pot for 20 minutes. Cut 2 medium size onions in 1” cubes and sautee in vegetable oil for 2 minutes. Drain chicken an add to the onions, Cook on medium heat for 15 min. Enjoy!
